Créé en 1996 et 100% on line depuis 2009, GONG est la marque qui a rendu possible la vente directe à grande échelle des surf sports. En refondant la structure de distribution, GONG a su apporter une qualité de services et de produits identiques ou supérieurs à l’ancien réseau, mais en divisant les prix par deux et en réduisant toutes les inerties et les pertes d’informations. Créateurs de planches et d’accessoires, la mission de GONG est d’optimiser toute la filière en fusionnant quatre acteurs en un pour passer directement du producteur au consommateur. Ainsi le R&D, la logistique, le digital, la com, le support client deviennent des enjeux clefs de notre performance. Ayant dépassé les vingt millions d’euros de CA, GONG est encore loin d’accomplir son potentiel. Dès lors, tout est possible, le meilleur comme le pire.
