Requirements

• Proven leadership experience based on competencies and strong managerial skills
• Solid experience in personnel administration and HR process management
• Practical experience in employing third-country (non-EU) nationals, handling migration documentation, and supporting their integration
• Strong understanding of effective work organization principles and hands-on experience applying them
• Fluent communication in English and Russian
