Requirements

• Leadership experience backed by skills and expertise
• Strong experience in human resources management and HR process management, in the transport or logistics sector – an asset
• Practical experience in working with third-country (non-EU) citizens' employment, migration documents, and integration
• Knowledge of effective work organization principles and experience in their application
• Proficiency in English and Russian
