Requirements

• Higher education in finance, law, or a related field
• Knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate accounting, tax calculation and payment, total working time accounting and the Labour Code
• 2+ year leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Experience with payroll software (Bonus is a plus) and business management programs like Axapta or SAP is an advantage
