Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience in a team lead or mentoring capacity.
- Proven expertise in hiring senior professionals and building strong candidate pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English (B2 level or higher).
