Concrete Sculptor

GSI is building a concrete sculpting business and seeking experienced concrete sculptors to become the core of the operational side of the business. The Concrete Sculptor will collaborate with soils crews, engineers, and project managers to understand design specifications and ensure seamless integration of sculptural elements into the construction process.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience performing complex, high-volume concrete sculpting, coloring and texturing, preferably in a commercial or public environment
• Proficiency with sculpting tools and equipment
• Ability to work at vertical heights
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills: proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
