Concrete Sculptor

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Sculptor to join our team and help build a robust, multi-million dollar in-house concrete sculpting business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete sculpting and coloring, working with concrete to produce intricate, durable, and aesthetically appealing wall features for commercial projects.

Requirements

• Create sculpted concrete (shotcrete) walls, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications and artistic expression.
• Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications.
• Finish concrete with attention to detail, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.
• Proficiently execute varied surfaces like stacked stone, geologic and ashlar.
• Read and understand measurements and technical specifications
• Train and support Sculptor Helpers and other employees with sculpting.
• Adhere to quality, safety and environmental guidelines that align with GSI’S, state and federal guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of sculpting activities.
• Assist in soils earth work and additional duties as requested.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with crew members, project managers, warehouse, engineers, and other team members to coordinate sculpting activities.
