Concrete Sculptor Helper

GSI is building a concrete sculpting business and is seeking a Concrete Sculptor Helper to collaborate with soils crews, engineers, and project managers to create sculpted concrete walls, color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces, and ensure seamless integration of sculptural elements into the construction process.

Requirements

• Create sculpted concrete (shotcrete) walls, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications and artistic expression.
• Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications.
• Finish concrete with attention to detail, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.
• Read and understand measurements and technical specifications
• Adhere to quality, safety and environmental guidelines that align with GSI’S, state and federal guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of sculpting activities.
• Assist in soils earth work and additional duties as requested, including site preparation, operations and clean up.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with crew members, project managers, warehouse, engineers, and other team members to coordinate sculpting activities.
