Requirements
- 3+ years of direct search experience with demonstrated results
- Strong sourcing skills for both technical and non-technical roles, including AI sourcing tools
- Proven ability to build diverse candidate slates and champion DEI in hiring
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting in SaaS or digital organizations
- Business acumen with strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
