Job Description
Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences. As a Sr. Talent Management Specialist, you'll design and implement global talent initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline, enhance employee experiences, and drive business impact.
Requirements
- ~5 years of experience in Talent, Organizational Development, Human Capital, or HR Consulting.
- Experience in high-growth, global, and transformational environments (tech preferred).
- Proven track record in talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, performance management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience leading large-scale or complex projects.
