The company is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Group, Conversational AI, and help drive the innovation and evolution of Conversational AI solutions with a focus on Generative AI systems at global scale.
Requirements
- Design and execute POCs that push the boundaries of conversational AI and virtual agent capabilities
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and evolve our Virtual Agents engine
- Help deliver our roadmap toward Agentic AI
- Own technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams
- Influence and collaborate with product teams, customers, and vendors
