Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll work with customers to design and implement AI-driven CX solutions. The role involves leading discovery sessions, creating customized demos, and staying current on Genesys' rapidly evolving AI products and best practices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Agentic and/or Generative AI
- Familiarity with Large Action Models (LAMs), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience in a Cloud or SaaS environment
- Passion for technology and AI-driven CX transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Technical proficiency in IT concepts, software standards, databases, and networking
