Requirements
- Manage budgets and forecasts for marketing programs and spend optimization.
- Track spend pacing, analyze variances, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Procurement on accruals, reconciliation, and period-close activities, ensuring compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to confirm campaign details, documentation, proof of execution, and supporting financial materials.
- Assist with requisition creation, purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and issue resolution with procurement and vendor management.
- Support intake, validation, and tracking of partner marketing fund (MDF) requests, ensuring complete submissions and alignment with program guidelines.
- Support claim submissions and reimbursement processes for partner-funded programs and ensure accurate reconciliation to regional budgets.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization across spend management workflows.
