Deal Desk Senior Manager

The Senior Deal Desk Manager partners closely with Sales Leadership and regional Sales teams to guide and optimize sales transactions across Central and South America.

Requirements

• Support and enable the team to lead commercial discussions on deals in collaboration with Sales Leadership, account teams, and other Genesys functions.
• Review and approve deal terms in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate documentation across quotes and contracts.
• Lead communications and manage approval exceptions with relevant stakeholders, including members of the Genesys Leadership Team (GLT).
• Oversee and coordinate the contract negotiation process between the business, Legal, and customers or partners.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual deal elements with customers to drive favorable outcomes.
• Develop and execute statistical and financial reports to support global Deal Desk operations.
• Contribute to margin and pricing tool development alongside other cross-functional teams.
• Build a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs to influence commercial strategy.
• Support transformation initiatives related to Deal Desk operations, focusing on price realization and quote-to-cash improvements in partnership with Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.
