Job Description
The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical work within the property to maintain cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. The role involves completing work orders, making repairs, developing standards, and supporting budget and training programs. This position focuses on resident and prospective resident satisfaction through proactive issues resolution.
Requirements
- Experience with apartment maintenance
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with software for property management (preferred)
