Job Description
The Service Director oversees maintenance tasks to ensure the property meets safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. This role involves working with residents, maintaining grounds, managing vendors, and providing preventative maintenance. The Service Director will facilitate projects and oversee teams, focusing on both operational tasks and customer service.
Requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations
- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Proficient in computer skills (internet, word processing, spreadsheet, database management)
- Incumbents must have EPA certifications Type I and II
