Maintenance Supervisor

The Service Director oversees and performs maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities. The role involves journey vision, organizational leadership, project management, and community engagement. Service Directors are expected to be effective at both internal and external customer service, prioritizing solutions, and keeping to company standards.

Requirements

• Employment history demonstrating knowledge of hands-on maintenance.
• 2 to 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• Incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license required.
