Regional Manager

Gables Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to maximize the profitability of our assets within a defined market area. The role involves creating marketing strategies, developing on-site teams, and implementing quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Achieve the highest possible portfolio net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Develop sales/marketing plans and annual operating budgets.
• Prepare and convey operational and financial data to owners in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement creative programs to increase property value.
• Approve pricing strategies and rent renewal plans with owners.
• Determine long-term viability of assets through property asset plans.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures within company guidelines.
• Lead new property acquisitions and due-diligence projects.
• Assist with developing new properties and ensure compliance with company policies.
