Job Description
Gables is seeking a Regional Capital Projects Manager to oversee capital projects for REIT/JV and Fee properties in Texas, Colorado, Washington, California, and Utah. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management and supervision of capital projects and renovations within the multifamily real estate sector.
Requirements
- Development of scopes of work, bidding, bid qualification, contract negotiations, contract award, and direct supervision of capital projects
- Development, coordination, and scheduling of renovation/capital projects coordination between Operations, Owner, and Contractor
- Execution and oversight of all capital projects for REIT/JV and Fee properties
- Cost and material estimations for exterior and interior capital projects
- Maintenance of project budgets and quality standards
- Weekly and monthly production schedules for all projects
- Annual capital review walks and budget development
- Travel required for out-of-state capital projects
