Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Regional level role
• College degree (not required)
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work with owners to identify property goals and objectives
• Experience in deal underwriting, lease-ups, acquisitions, dispositions, and multi-use sites
