Environmental Health & Safety Manager

The EHS Specialist III role at COPE involves leading and executing environmental, health, and safety activities at the Warren location. This involves ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, proactively identifying and mitigating safety hazards, and promoting a culture of safety within the operation. The role requires close collaboration with operations leaders, HR, and the Regal Business Systems (RBS) Manager.

Requirements

• Drive a management-supported and employee-driven safety culture.
• Achieve significant improvement to top quartile performance in EH&S KPIs.
• Actively lead, participate in, and sustain EH&S continuous improvement/kaizen activity.
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and re-enactments.
• Develop, implement, communicate, sustain, and train on programs to eliminate safety and environmental risks.
