Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist III

The EHS Specialist III will lead and execute EH&S activities at the Warren location to ensure employee safety and environmental protection. This role involves driving a safety culture, improving safety KPIs, communicating critical information, conducting investigations, and implementing program improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in a unionized environment and navigate safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an Environmental, Health, and Safety-related focus or 7 years of experience.
• 3+ years of EH&S-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing EH&S systems and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and relevant EH&S regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
