Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Collections team. In this role, you will handle various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.
Requirements
- At least SPM and equivalent
- Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or data entry role
- Computer literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, basic Excel), Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new software
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask without losing track of details
- Dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
