Senior Product Manager (Specialist Efficiency)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own and evolve the Salesforce applications that support our Publishing Operations teams. This is a high-impact role that will collaborate closely with Publishing leadership, Product Managers of the core publishing platform, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, or Product Owner on software applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct user interviews and use prototypes to build intuitive and scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and prior experience in this area – demonstrate your ability to drive insights from data.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, administrators, and end-users and lead discussion through critical thinking.
• Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal
