Senior Product Manager (Core Platform)

Frontiers is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own and drive the core of its peer-review platform, collaborating closely with Publishing leadership, other Product Managers, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, or Product Owner on software applications
• Strong stakeholder management skill and ability to federate through strong rationale and collaboration
• Demonstrated technical skills especially on workflows and architecture
• Strong analytical skills and prior experience in this area – demonstrated ability to drive insights from data
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, administrators, and end-users and lead discussion through critical thinking
• Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Existing understanding of publishing workflows
• Experience in academic or scientific publishing operations
