Frontiers is a research publisher that aims to make all science open. We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Institutional Partnerships team in sales operations. The role involves maintaining process documentation, training materials, and data quality, as well as supporting sales enablement efforts and Salesforce operations.
Requirements
- Business expertise
- Experience producing and maintaining process documentation and training materials
- Solid business analysis skills
- Experience in sales or marketing operations, CRM administration, or similar enablement functions
- Technical skills
- Fluent in Excel
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Proactive and adaptable
- Reliable, responsive and delivers high-quality work
