We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with freight forwarding and third-party logistics (3PL) experience to drive revenue growth. The role focuses on identifying and closing new business, building client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of logistics solutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, including Incoterms, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
