We are seeking a high-performing Freight Sales Executive with experience in freight forwarding and 3PL to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and leveraging industry contacts. It requires a strong understanding of international and domestic transportation services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, including Incoterms, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
