Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention
- Strong understanding of international shipping and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
