Job Description
Corporate Development & Investor Relations Specialist role at Freelancer, responsible for identifying and executing M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate transactions to accelerate growth and competitive positioning. The role involves driving investment analysis, deal execution, and investor relations excellence, as well as building strategic relationships and conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or investor relations at technology companies or financial institutions
- Financial modeling mastery and experience with M&A and transaction processes
- Investor relations capability and understanding of ASX compliance requirements
- Analytical excellence and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and project management capability
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CA highly regarded but not required
