Job Description
Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. This outpatient setting offers a key role in providing individualized, evidence-based care, managing acute and chronic wounds, and assisting in pre- and post-operative ostomy care. The role involves a collaborative and highly experienced team and provides flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Current NP (FNP) certification
- State Board of Nursing approval
- DEA license or prescribing authority
- Bachelor's degree or higher
