Job Description
Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team at the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Wound & Ostomy Clinic. This position involves providing individualized, evidence-based care in acute and chronic wound management, and comprehensive pre- and post-operative ostomy care. The role offers a supportive team environment with strong leadership and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants.
- NCCPA certification required.
- Exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and database management.
- Personal DEA license.
- CME currency maintenance.
