Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level support to the Superintendent/CEO and manage projects from beginning to end in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of work experience supporting C-level executives
- Understanding of public charter school education preferred
- Highly proficient in administrative functions such as filing systems, business correspondence, and receptionist techniques
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Strong command of word processing, spelling, grammar, and writing skills
