McCarthy Building Companies seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior-level management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal individual should have experience supporting senior level management, successfully juggling multiple tasks, taking initiative, and being flexible with change.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of administrative support experience in a 500+ size company
• High proficiency in calendaring using Microsoft Outlook
• High proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
• Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities and work non-traditional hours
