We’re looking for a proactive leader to oversee daily production operations, drive process improvements, and mentor team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Provide daily direction and scheduling of production
- Leading and participating in tiered meetings
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events in the factory
- Works on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision
- Recommend practices and procedures.
- Proficient in highly complex processes which are non-routine, non-repetitive, multiple process with limited documentation, difficult rework, etc., of a particular line or product.
- Provide training to lesser experienced personnel.
- Use FBS processes daily to promote continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
