Production Team Lead 2nd Shift

Thorlabs is a company that designs and manufactures components, instruments, and systems for advancing science through photonics technologies. We are looking for a Production Team Lead 2nd Shift to oversee a team in the production of various products.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in production/assembly environment
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to read and communicate in English, have basic math skills and be proficient using a computer
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of processes and operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
