Production Team Lead

We're looking for a proactive leader to oversee daily production operations, drive process improvements, and mentor team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Provide daily direction and scheduling of production
• Leading and participating in tiered meetings
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events in the factory
• Works on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision
• Recommend practices and procedures.
• Proficient in highly complex processes which are non-routine, non-repetitive, multiple process with limited documentation, difficult rework, etc., of a particular line or product.
• Provide training to lesser experienced personnel.
• Use FBS processes daily to promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
