Forescout is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and help build a world-class cybersecurity organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for Sales and GTM roles, championing Forescout's employer brand, and building strong talent pipelines across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales and Go-To-Market hiring in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Experience hiring across multiple regions (e.g., APJ, Middle East, Europe) with strong cultural awareness.
- Flexible and comfortable working across multiple time zones, including early or late hours when needed, to collaborate with global teams and leaders.
- Strong technical knowledge of ATS systems (Jobvite preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and regional and global job boards.
- Experience in program, project, and vendor management, with strong operational discipline.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset — able to measure, report, and optimize recruitment workflows and performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with remote leaders and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
