They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the full-cycle delivery of selected niche and senior roles business-wide, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition through expert-level sourcing and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience within a fast-paced recruitment agency environment
- Expert level proficiency in talent sourcing and headhunting techniques beyond LinkedIn and able to build diverse talent pipelines
- Ability to act as a consultant to hiring managers, managing relationships with leadership teams, and providing data-backed recommendations
- Hands-on experience maintaining high-level data integrity in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a proactive interest in using AI tools to improve hiring efficiency
- Experience hiring in Southeast Asia
- Strong familiarity with Google workspace environment
- Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
