Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition up to Assistant Manager level, driving projects and using creative sourcing techniques to attract talents and build talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter from the retail/hospitality/airlines/customer service industry
- Exposure to SEA markets will be advantaged
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Well-organized individual with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple departments/teams/stakeholders, and to build lasting partnership and collaboration
