We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team, providing essential administrative and operational HR support for our International regions and key people projects. The role will focus on R&D hiring for our India operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on R&D hiring in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across India; experience handling outside India is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of ATS systems (Jobvite preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local India job boards.
- Experience in program, project, and vendor management, with strong operational discipline.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset — able to measure, report, and optimize recruitment workflows and performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with remote leaders and colleagues, to be available outside India General Shift as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
