IT Support Specialist

Focused Energy is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for employees in their Darmstadt and Berlin offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT support and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of networking, endpoint management, and device security
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, Atlassian, Box and similar tools
• Interest in expanding technical knowledge and taking ownership of defined support areas
• First experience with scripting and automation across tools and services
