IT Support Specialist (m/w/d)

Requirements

• Completed training as a computer scientist, a comparable qualification, or you are a crossover entrant with proven experience and knowledge in IT support.
• Several years of experience in IT support – you know the typical problems and their solutions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange Online as well as support for Windows Clients & Windows Server.
• Experience with hardware deployment via Intune.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and antivirus solutions.
• Deutschkenntnisse on C1 level
