Job Description
We are seeking an IT Workplace & Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing automated workflows, championing AI tools, and maintaining a high-performance hardware ecosystem.
Requirements
- Completed Swiss vocational training Informatiker/in EFZ (Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung) or equivalent
- 2+ years in an ICT Support or Workplace Engineering role within a professional services environment
- Expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Entra ID
