Job Description
The Client Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving client-related issues and providing expert-level assistance to members. They will handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and collaborate with benefit departments. The role involves handling complex cases and providing training to the Customer Service Team.
Requirements
- 1+ years related work experience in customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding, COBRA, HIPAA, pre-existing conditions, and coordination of benefits
- Data entry and 10-key by touch/sight
- Concise written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in maintaining good rapport
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations
