UCP Case Manager

This UCP Case Manager position focuses on identifying, processing, and expediting reunification of Unaccompanied Children in compliance with ORR Policy & Procedures. The role involves obtaining documentation, maintaining records, facilitating the release of children, and coordinating with internal departments. Case Manager will also be responsible for managing logistical tasks and maintaining communication with sponsors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS in behavioral sciences, human services or social services.
• Two years of experience working in child welfare and/or case management.
• Fluency in Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Valid California driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete and maintain required certifications (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, First Aid/CPR, etc.).
