Lead Case Manager

This role is focused on managing potentially unaccompanied children, including onboarding, supervision, and documentation. The Lead Case Manager will handle a wide range of responsibilities related to reunification, case management, and ensuring timely and accurate records maintenance, adhering to federal and agency policies. This position is critical for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth.

Requirements

• BA/BS in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services with two years of child welfare/case management experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain required certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention).
