Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth as a Case Manager at Yosemite Treatment Center in San Andreas, California. Develop and oversee the completion of case plans and treatment programs, provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates, and facilitate weekly group meetings.
Requirements
- Empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, and honest work ethic
- Desire to work with troubled teens
- BA/BS in a related field
- Prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
