Job Description
Five Iron is seeking a Director of Golf Performance Programs & Innovation to shape the future of their instructional business. This role involves designing and scaling new programs, integrating tech with hospitality, and driving a pipeline of inventive offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- Design and launch diverse program offerings (block practice, starter packages, leagues, boot camps).
- Develop remote-coaching models and a 'player performance passport'.
- Create loyalty tiers and experiential rewards to elevate brand advocacy.
- Elevate Five Iron's reputation through proprietary digital content.
- Develop instructor-affiliate programs and co-branded content.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Marketing.
