Job Description
The Director of Product & Innovation - Golf Performance will shape the future of Five Iron's Performance business by creating and scaling new products, programs, and experiences that inspire every level of golfer.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in product development, program innovation, or experience design in sports, hospitality, or consumer tech
- Proven track record of bringing concepts from ideation to profitable, scalable launch
- Fluency in customer-centric design, analytics, and go-to-market strategy
- Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire coaches, partners, and high-value clients
- Technical skills related to pricing optimization and development of program infrastructure are essential
- Golf knowledge and passion is a plus; hand’s-on expertise and proven success in creating exceptional, tech-driven experiences is essential
